By accessing or using GetClarity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

GetClarity is an AI-powered dating coaching service that provides:

• Personalized dating and relationship advice
• Conversation analysis and feedback
• Profile reviews and optimization suggestions
• Emotional support and guidance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetClarity.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the Service for lawful purposes only
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

4. Account and Access

4.1 Telegram Account

GetClarity operates through Telegram. You must have a valid Telegram account to use the Service. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's Terms of Service.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GetClarity at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior
• Attempting to exploit or hack the Service
• Use for illegal activities
• Any other reason we deem appropriate

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use GetClarity for:

• Receiving dating and relationship advice
• Analyzing conversations and dating scenarios
• Getting feedback on dating profiles
• Personal development and self-improvement

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use GetClarity to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Share explicit sexual content or solicit sexual services
• Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Engage in illegal activities
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or coerce others
• Reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Spam or abuse the Service
• Share or sell your account access

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Not Professional Advice

GetClarity does NOT provide:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Therapy or mental health counseling
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Professional relationship counseling

If you need professional help, please consult a licensed professional.

6.2 AI Limitations

You understand and agree that:

• GetClarity is powered by AI and may make mistakes
• Advice is based on patterns, not personal knowledge of your situation
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results
• You use our advice at your own risk
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate

6.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• Our advice will improve your dating life
• You will achieve specific relationship outcomes
• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Your data will never be lost (though we take precautions)

6.4 Emergency Situations

If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm:

• Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US)
• Call 911 or your local emergency services
• Contact a mental health professional immediately

GetClarity is NOT equipped to handle emergencies.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Free Tier

GetClarity offers a free tier with limited features (15 messages per day). Free access may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions include:

• Individual Plan: $9.99/month for unlimited personal coaching
• Group Licenses: $9.99/month per group for group chat access

7.3 Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are in US dollars (USD)
• No refunds for partial months

7.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for unused time
• Cancel via /cancel command or through payment provider

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

GetClarity and all related content (name, logo, design, AI responses) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our name or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our Service
• Reverse engineer our AI or systems

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your messages and content. By using GetClarity, you grant us a license to:

• Process your messages to provide coaching
• Use anonymized data to improve the Service
• Store your conversation history as per our Privacy Policy

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using GetClarity, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetClarity, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Actions taken based on advice received from GetClarity

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GetClarity is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our advice

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@getclarity.life to resolve it informally.

12.2 Arbitration

Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change features, pricing, or availability
• Add or remove functionality

We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetClarity regarding use of the Service.
