- Paid Users: Full conversation history maintained while subscription is active

GetClarity is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately.

8.1 Telegram
GetClarity operates through Telegram. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy. We only receive messages you send directly to our bot.
8.2 Anthropic (AI Provider)
We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power our coaching. Your messages are processed by Anthropic's API under strict data protection agreements. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
8.3 Stripe (Payments)
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs payment data.
9. International Users
GetClarity is operated from the United States. If you use our service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
